Why Tehnic Mold Trade?

Our story dates back to 1999, when years of hands-on experience in Canada - gained while working with leading mold design companies, including Mold-Masters, the global leader in hot runner systems for plastic injection molds - opened the door to a defining opportunity: becoming the exclusive representative of Mold-Masters in Romania.

This strategic decision came as a result of our accumulated technical expertise and our vision of an industry undergoing major transformation, in which hot runner systems were becoming the new generation of technology for plastic injection molding.

Since then, Mold-Masters products have been successfully integrated into the projects of the largest players in the industry - a confirmation of both our expertise and the premium quality, reliability, and efficiency of the brand.

In early 2002, we identified a new business opportunity within the same market. To expand the range of solutions offered to our clients, we became the exclusive representative in Romania of VEGA, the renowned Italian manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders for plastic injection molds and aluminum die-casting molds.

To further complete our product range, in 2003 we became the exclusive representative of CUMSA, the Spanish reference manufacturer of standard components for plastic injection molds.

In 2017, we began our partnership with EXAflow, aiming to expand our portfolio of high-tech components for injection molds and to help grow its presence on the Romanian market together.

In 2026, we extended our partnership with CUMSA to include exclusive representation in the Moldovan market.

In 2015, we opened a dedicated service center for Mold-Masters hot runner systems to help minimize production downtime for our clients. With a technical team bringing over 15 years of experience, we provide fast diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance for Mold-Masters hot runner systems as well as other components and equipment in operation at our clients' facilities.

Over the years, these collaborations have strengthened our position on the local market, allowing us to offer our clients high-quality technological solutions. With a compact but proactive and experienced team, together with an extended range of high-quality products and services, we aim to remain a trusted partner for our clients and suppliers, contributing to success and innovation in the polymer processing industry.
